THE INVESTMENT

The investment case.

The metal we target has already been mined and sits at surface, making it easily accessible. We use simple ore-sorting technology, requiring no permanent mining infrastructure and creating no new waste. This all keeps our costs minimal – a fraction of traditional mining operations. Potential profit is outstanding and “Bluesky” is enormous, with 2,000+ legacy mine sites in BC alone.

CAPITAL STRUCTURE

A tight share count, closely held.

WHY SASQUATCH

Four reasons to follow the Sasquatch.

Exploration LITE

Waste rock already sits in piles at surface, easily assessed and accessible. The waste contains valuable materials but actively harms the surrounding environment.

Remediation HEAVY

Value is created during the remediation process — no new mine or mining infrastructure is needed. Metals are removed from waste and sold. It’s a clean-up operation that pays in more ways than one.

LOW dilution

A tightly held share structure has supported significant asset growth since the 2022 CSE listing, with Mount Sicker at the forefront.

HIGH metal demand

Independent forecasts point to tightening supply in copper, silver and gold — the metals at the core of the plan.

WHY NOW

The metals are heading into deficit.

The International Energy Agency, the Silver Institute and the World Gold Council all point to tightening supply in the metals at the core of Sasquatch’s plan.

COPPER
~30%

projected copper supply shortfall by 2035

Copper is heading into a structural supply gap

The IEA finds today’s mine pipeline points to a ~30% copper shortfall by 2035, as ore grades fall and new projects take longer to build.

SILVER
117.6Moz

forecast 2025 silver market deficit

Silver stays in deficit a fifth straight year

Record industrial demand, led by solar, keeps outpacing flat mine supply, leaving a forecast 117.6 million-ounce shortfall.

GOLD
89%

of central banks expect global gold reserves to rise

Central banks keep stockpiling gold

A record share of central banks expect global gold reserves to increase, underlining continued institutional demand.
