Mr. Michael Raven is a Vancouver-based lawyer practicing principally in the areas of corporate and securities law. Since leaving one of Canada’s largest and most respected law firms in 2005, he has provided business and legal advice to private and public companies and other clients in industries such as mining, oil and gas, entertainment, and technology, with respect to corporate structures, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and private and public financings. He obtained his law degree from the University of Victoria in 1999, after which he clerked at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
